		<description>Sorry but I have to step and comment on what you wrote about Thermomix. Most importantly... the Thermomix does NOT heat by friction like the Vitamix. The Thermomix has a heating unit built in which is fully controllable and it constantly monitors the temp of the food in the bowl. It&#039;s understandable that you might want to compare it to a Vitamix but they are two completely different machines. Thermomix does blend, but it also does a LOT more, including actually cooking the food. That&#039;s (partly why) it&#039;s not called a blender, but more of a kitchen machine. I am not associated with any sales agency, I&#039;m a huge fan of Thermomix and I use mine several times a day and I&#039;m not even a prof. chef. -- just love to cook!
